Victory Motorcycles electric Empulse RR takes first overall at Pike’s Peak
Victory Motorcycles took two stop spots at the 2016 Pike’s Peak International Hill Climb. Victory Racing’s electric Empluse RR, ridden by Cycle World’s Road Test Editor Don Canet, and the gas powered Project 156, piloted by Jeremy Toye, both finished first in their respective classes.
